Shakeology Review – Darin Olien Health Food Scam

I heard about this ‘shakeology’ product after my girlfriend listened to a podcast from one of the founders of the company, Darin Olien.  She piqued my interest when she told me that this guy was the ‘Indiana Jones of Superfoods.’  Uh huh.  So I did some digging.

Here’s what I found .. Shakeology is quite possibly the WORST, most DISGUSTING ‘health food’ product to ever sleeze its way onto the Internet.

The first ingredient of Shakeology is non-organic, non-grass fed whey protein.  Whey protein is plenty foul, but these folks are using the cheapest, lowest quality whey they can find.  Where does their whey protein come from?  Farm-raised cows injected with bovine growth hormone!

I stopped the research there. I don’t care what bullshit ‘superfoods’ they cram into the bottom of the ingredient label.  Non-organic, non-grass-fed whey is a show-stopper!

To add insult to injury, the parent company of Shakeology is Beachbody nutrition, a disreputable MLM company which runs sleezy infomercials to pimp its gnarly products.

I call Shakeology a SCAM because it is marketed as a health food, which it most certainly is NOT.

Darin Olien is hardly the ‘Indiana Jones of superfoods.’  He’s just another snake-oil health food scammer.  Beware!
