Avoid Supplements Containing Gelatin!

Gelatin is basically the scrapings of the slaughterhouse floor.  Technically, it is a mixture of proteins and peptides produced by partial hydrolysis of collagen extracted from the bones, skin and tissues of factory-farmed animals like cattle, chicken and pigs.  Gross?  Most ‘cheap’ supplements are made with gelatin.
